The first step is to double check that you have created an online account as this is a new website.

Even if you receive our emails, everyone needs to create an online account when they use our new website for the first time.
If you believe that you do have an account and still cannot login, here are some trouble shooting tips for you to try
Check you are using the same email address and password that you created your account with.
Check you don’t have your CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK buttons locked on your keyboard when entering your details.
Do not use any existing Supporter or VIP numbers when logging into or creating your account.
You will have to establish a new account for online purchases even if you have purchased previous tickets online (prior to June 2019) even if you are an existing VIP member.
Locked out of your account?
If you find yourself locked out of your account after several attempts, rest assured, this is for security purposes so that your account is kept secure. You can contact our Supporter Care team who will be able to assist you to reset your account. Click here to find out how to contact us.
If you have forgotten your online account password - No problem! You can request a password reset link to be sent to your email address.
- Step 1: Click here and fill in your relevant information.
- You will receive an email from us shortly after to your nominated email address with a link to reset your password.
- Step 2: In the email that you receive, select “Choose a New Password” and you will be taken to the password reset page.
- Step 3: Enter your new password in twice as directed and then select "Change Password"
