If you are trying to access or activate your online account for the first time and your email address is not recognised there could be a few reasons for this.
- VPN - If you are using a VPN service, this will block you from logging into your existing account or creating a new account. VPNs will need to be turned off to enable access to your online account. It can be turned back on once you have logged in.
- Your account may be locked due to multiple failed password attempts.
- Your email address has never been added to your Mater Lotteries account.
- Your email address has been changed, and we need to update this for you on our systems, you will also need a password reset with this change.
- Double-check you have entered the correct email address and/or password.
