Our website is new and our previous website did not require you to register and create an account, so everyone will have to create an account, even if you are a VIP member. We also want to make sure we can contact you if you win a prize!
Creating an account on our website means we will be able to email your lottery tickets to you instantly, and it makes it much easier for you to purchase tickets in the future as your details will already be saved and ready to go! So, make sure you keep a note of your login details.
At this stage, you will only be able to see your online purchases since June 2019, but in the coming months, all your previous ticket purchases will be visible as we continue to roll out improvements to our website.
If you are a VIP Supporter, your previous ticket purchase history will not be visible at this point in time however, there is no change to the way in which your VIP membership operates. Your VIP ticket purchases will be made available to view on the website soon. You will still continue to receive your VIP tickets and be charged in the usual manner each month.

Creating an Account and Registration
Creating an account and registering on our website is easy!
- Step 1. Visit the Mater Lotteries website home page, and on the top right- hand side you will see a "My Account" link:
- Step 2. Select "My Account" and you will arrive at this page where you will be asked to provide your email address:
- Step 3. You will then be asked to complete your personal details.
- Once you have completed your details, select the "Register" button at the bottom of the page:
Once your registration is complete, you will see the following screen.
You can now upload your card details, change your password and select a lottery you would like to purchase tickets in.
Don’t be concerned that you don’t currently have any tickets to view if this is your first ticket purchase on the new site. Future single tickets purchases (post June 2019) will appear on your account very shortly.
