If you have purchased a ticket online through our new website (since June 2019), you will receive your tickets immediately via the email address you have selected for your online account.
Once you complete your purchase and the transaction has been verified, we will email you with your transaction receipt containing your ticket numbers.
If you don’t receive your ticket within 10 minutes, check your Spam or Junk Mail folders as the email may have landed there. You may also have trouble receiving your email tickets if you have opted out of receiving emails in your marketing preferences.
Lastly, log into your online account and check the My Account section to see if they are listed there.
If you are confident that you have not received your ticket via email, please contact our Supporter Care team on 1800 067 066 and we can resend it to you.
This also applies for tickets that you may have misplaced, lost or accidentally deleted. We can resend these to you if needed but we have your details on our records so don't worry. If you have won we will still contact you even if you cannot locate your tickets. Be sure to keep your contact details updated!
