If you have forgotten your password and entered it too many times the system will lock your account. This is a security precaution to prevent any unwanted transactions on your account that was not initiated by you - the account holder.
Simply click on the 'Have you forgotten your password?' to be sent a password reset email.
This password reset email will be sent to the email address you have entered, and that is also registered on your account. Follow the prompts to have your password reset and your account will be unlocked.
