Mater Prize Home
The lucky first-prize winner of the Mater Prize Home will receive a telephone call, to the number listed on their online account, from the Mater Prize Draw Team shortly after the draw has concluded.
For winners that have an email address, we can send them all the required steps along with an electronic prize acceptance through an online application called DocuSign.
If the winner does not have an email address, we will send out a letter of confirmation and the prize acceptance forms which will arrive by registered post within 2-3 days.
Draw results will be published in the public notices section of The Australian in the week following the draw and at www.materlotteries.com.au on the day of the draw.
Our Winner's Concierge Team will be in contact regularly to talk the winner through the process and to arrange a day and time to do the official handover of the property.
We will ask the winner to complete the necessary paperwork to commence the property title transfer, which is then submitted to our legal representatives and the Land Titles Office.
The official Settlement can take up to 12 weeks, however, you are free to enjoy your beautiful new Mater Prize Home immediately after the handover with the Winner's Concierge Team.
If you decide to sell the home, you will be required to wait until settlement has occurred.
We will also take care of the insurance and electricity costs for 14 days following settlement.
Mater Cars for Cancer
The lucky first-prize winner of the Mater Cars for Cancer lotteries will receive a telephone call, to the number listed on their online account, from the Mater Prize Draw Team shortly after the draw has concluded.
For winners who have an email address, we can send them all the required steps along with an electronic prize acceptance through an online application called DocuSign.
If the winner does not have an email address, we will send out a letter of confirmation and the prize acceptance forms which will arrive by registered post within 2-3 days.

We will arrange a date and time with the winner to collect their prizes however we do require that the prize cars are picked up from Brisbane.
Winners can choose to have the prize delivered to a different location, but this will be at their expense.
VIP Bonus draws
Winners of VIP bonus prizes are notified by telephone shortly after the draw has concluded.
For winners who have an email address, we can send them all the required steps along with an electronic prize acceptance through an online application called DocuSign.
If the winner does not have an email address, we will send out a letter of confirmation and the prize acceptance forms which will arrive by registered post within 2-3 days.
Only eligible VIP members are included in the exclusive VIP draws.
Winners' details are never published online or in the newspaper due to privacy.
