Once you complete your online purchase and the transaction has been verified, we will email you with your transaction confirmation containing your ticket numbers. All tickets are produced as e-tickets, paper tickets are not automatically sent via post. If you would like your tickets posted, please ask us.
If you don’t receive your ticket confirmation within 10 minutes, check your Spam or Junk Mail folders as the email may have landed there.
If using Bigpond, be aware that often Bigpond sees our emails as spam and they may not be delivered to you immediately after your purchase.
Some supporters find that if they are using Hotmail they may have their email conversations grouped (known as threading), so your ticket confirmation may be attached to a previous email from us.
If you would like to see your tickets online, log into your online account and check the My Account section to see if they are listed there, they can then be viewed or printed if needed.
We can resend the email to you if needed but we have your details on our records so don't worry. If you have won we will still contact you even if you cannot locate your tickets.
