Once you complete your online purchase and the transaction has been verified, we will email you with your transaction confirmation containing your ticket numbers. All tickets are now produced as an e-ticket, paper tickets are not automatically sent via post. If you don’t receive your ticket confirmation within 10 minutes, check your Spam or Junk Mail folders as the email may have landed there.
You can also log into your online account and check the My Account section to see if they are listed there, they can then be viewed or printed if needed. If you are confident that you have not received your ticket via email, please contact us on 1800 067 066 and we can resend it to you.
This also applies for tickets that you may have misplaced, lost or accidentally deleted. We can resend these to you if needed but we have your details on our records so don't worry. If you have won we will still contact you even if you cannot locate your tickets. Be sure to keep your contact details updated!
