If you have an online account you can update your payment methods by adding a new card credit or debit card at any time.
Locate Manage Cards & Accounts through the app or website.
To update your card expiry dates you will need to remove the old card and add new credit or debit card. A maximum limit of 4 cards applies.
For your added security, credit card details are not stored on our website, we use an encrypted payment gateway.
Only the type of card, last 4 digits, and expiry date are visible, therefore if you purchase tickets through on the phone you may be asked to verify your card details again.
Removing your card from your account will NOT cancel your VIP membership, please contact us to cancel your VIP membership.
For your personal security, we cannot accept debit or credit card details via e-mail. So it is best to contact our friendly Supporter Care team, who will be happy to help you do this.
