If you have an online account you can update your payment methods by adding a new card credit or debit card at any time. To update your card expiry dates you will need to remove the old card and add new credit or debit card.
Log in and navigate to My Account., then My Funds.
If you have multiple cards on your account, choose the Set as Default. This card will then become your Default Payment method for your VIP membership.
For your added security, credit card details are not stored on our website, we use an encrypted payment gateway. Only the type of card, last 4 digits, and expiry date are visible, therefore if you purchase tickets through our Supporter Care Team on the phone you may be asked to verify your card details again.
Removing your card from your account will NOT cancel your VIP membership, please contact us to cancel your VIP membership.
For your personal security, we cannot accept debit or credit card details via e-mail. So it is best to contact our friendly Supporter Care team, who will be happy to help you do this.
