Why can’t I access the Mater Lotteries app anymore?
To continue using the Mater Lotteries app, your smartphone/device will need to meet certain operating system requirements. If your device doesn’t meet these requirements, the app may no longer open on your smartphone/device.
What are the minimum operating system requirements?
To continue using the app, your device will need:
- iOS 15 or later (Apple)
- Android 8.0 or later
Devices running older operating systems are no longer supported by the app.
Can I update the app to fix this?
If your device supports a newer operating system, you may be able to resolve this by opening the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Then, update the Mater Lotteries app to the latest version.
Why doesn’t my device support the latest update?
Some older smartphones/devices aren’t able to install newer operating systems due to hardware limitations set by the device manufacturer. Unfortunately, this is outside our control.
